Cold pressing method: Applied to fruit-based raw materials such as oranges, lemons, grapefruits, persimmons, where oil sacs are located outside the peel’s surface, with a loose cellular structure. The raw materials are crushed through a small grinder, then pressed via a hydraulic press, filtered to extract pure essential oils.

Steam distillation method: Applied to materials with lighter oils than water, located deep within the plant tissue. The raw materials are ground, the steam distillation process evaporates and condenses, pulling the oil, then the water is separated to obtain pure essential oils.

Supercritical CO2 method: Applied to materials with oils lighter or heavier than water. Raw materials are ground, extracted in liquid CO2, the process evaporates CO2 to obtain the essential oil.

Solvent extraction method: Applied to materials with low oil content. Raw materials are ground, soaked in a solvent, then the solvent is recovered to obtain the essential oil.
