1 Delivery and Payment Methods – Cash on Delivery – Bank Transfer

The delivery and payment method of Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer is applicable to all customers through our delivery partners.

Customers can place orders through the hotline +84 283 863 0319. Our staff will confirm the products and the delivery method with the customer.

Customers are responsible for making full payment for the entire order value to the delivery staff immediately after completing the product inspection and receiving the delivery receipt.

2 Prepayment Method

Payment can be made through bank transfer, direct cash payment, or via card at banking systems.

Steps for bank transfer:

Transfer money to the designated account.

Notify PEROMA (via phone, email, SMS, etc.) once the transfer is completed. Alternatively, contact our sales department directly at +84 283 864 0319 (from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday).

Upon receiving confirmation from the bank, PEROMA will notify the customer and proceed with the delivery.

PEROMA will not be held responsible for errors in the transfer process or incorrect transfer information. Customers must work directly with the bank to resolve any errors.
